Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County of Orange (County) Health Care Agency (HCA) is seeking applications from qualified organizations to provide Correctional Health Registry Staffing Services to adults within the Orange County Adult Correctional facilities and youth within the Orange County Probation facilities. The primary goal of this program is to ensure appropriate Correctional Health Services staffing levels for the provision of mandated health services to the incarcerated population and to provide multi-discipline on-site health care registry staffing services to the inmate patient population within Orange County Adult Correctional facilities and detained youth in the Orange County Probation facilities. The average daily census of individuals in custody within Orange County is approximately 5,500 in adult facilities and 229 in the juvenile facilities.
