The purpose of the consulting services is to evaluate immediate, short-term, and long-term capital development and improvement strategies, as well as potential revenue streams related to Riverview Golf Course operations. This plan will help determine the feasibility of PRCSA acquiring and operating the Golf Course, maintaining essential functions, and sustaining a successful revenue stream. This Business Plan is intended to articulate a clear vision for Riverview Golf Course that: a) Identifies necessary improvements and costs associated if PRCSA were to assume control of the operations and maintenance of Riverview Golf Course b) This Business Plan should include proposed continued use of the golf course as it currently stands and alternative use, possibly open space or additional park space comparisons. c) Develops an action plan for prioritizing, phasing, staffing and accomplishing the identified objectives. d) Provides other alternative solutions to the operation and maintenance of the Golf Course, including but not limited to, the execution of another third-party lease with terms and conditions favorable to the City, and/or a City owned and third-party managed arrangement. .
