Specifications include, but are not limited to: Evaluate the existing standing seam roof and built‐up roof and identify areas needing replacement and/or repair. Identify any additional areas of the building that may contain asbestos and/or lead containing materials requiring removal and replacement. Identify areas with mold development, such as the interior acoustical insulation, requiring remediation. Identify new moisture‐proof and mold resistant acoustical insulation for application during construction. Evaluate the HVAC system for balance and adequate air exchange rates. Evaluate the overhead crane and carrier frame Provide upgrades to the fire protection system. Provide upgrades to the hot water system. Expand the lunch room, operator control room and offices. Add lightings where necessary.
