A. Contractor shall supply a 50-amp 120/240-volt, single phase electrical feed to the Conex box in the secured parking lot. B. Contractor shall provide a 50-amp panel to facility wall located next to main panel with 50-amp breaker for service to the conex box. (The 50-amp box is a panel size designation not to be construed as power supply to box. Contract will hard wire at the conex box directly to installed interior panel. C. Contractor shall provide the electrical feed to originate from the designated panel in main building electrical room, or new sub-panel as required (800 amperage main panel on exterior of building. D. Contractor shall run 1" conduit with three (3) #4AWG wire and one (1) #8AWG ground. Actual footage to be determined at bid walk (approximately 120 feet). E. Contractor shall trench as needed from the electrical room to the Conex box. Actual footage to be determined at the bid walk (approximately 65 feet). F. Contractor shall install a traffic rated utility box for access if needed at a later date. Exact location to be determined at bid walk. G. Contractor shall install two (2) extra 1" conduits in the trench, one terminating at the newly installed traffic rated utility box. One will continue through to the interior of the Conex box as a spare if needed at a later date. H. Contractor shall install a ground rod for the Conex box according to code. I. Contractor shall back-fill, compact, and replace any concrete or asphalt removed during trenching. Asphalt joints and surfaces in area of excavation shall be sealed after installation. J. Contractor shall remove all debris and packing material from the job site daily. K. Contractor shall provide an electrical diagram that fully illustrates the work to be done and the existing conditions for State Fire Marshal (SFM) approval. Refer to the Submittal section, below, for further details. L. Upon approval by SFM of the electrical diagram, contractor shall attend a preconstruction meeting. M. Contractor to provide a one (1) year warranty on workmanship as well as the manufacturer’s warranty on all components installed.
