Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide a variety of treatment services or programs to justice involved youth or adults as they develop into self-disciplined, self-governing individuals who respect themselves, others, and their community, and who are capable of making decisions that are personally and socially responsible. The purpose and measured outcomes will be to reduce recidivism and assist adult and youth offenders to develop intrinsic motivation and build skills to assist with reintegration back into our community. These services and treatment programs include, but are not limited to the following: A. Individual Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (ICBT); B. Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET); C. Aggression Replacement Therapy (ART;) D. Moral Reconation Training (MRT); E. Cognitive Behavioral Interventions Substance Abuse (CBISA); F. Thinking For a Change (T4C); G. Trauma response therapy; H. Suicide prevention; I. Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Parenting programs; J. Dual diagnosis programs; K. Gender responsive programs; L. Life skills; M. General counseling services; N. Other innovated programming.
