Specifications include, but are not limited to: The primary scope of work is for the exterior building painting of one (1) City-owned Building which includes, but is not limited to: Civic Center Building, 678 West 18th Street, Merced, CA 95340 We will be painting the exterior of the City of Merced Civic Center building, with limited painting of the atrium interior. Surfaces to be painted include: • Stucco/Block Walls • Painted Overhangs • Previously painted wood/metal accent Fascia and Trim • Previously painted metal handrails • Metal Accents on concrete benches at the right of front entrance • The identification lettering by the flagpole on the corner on 18th Street and N Street • Previously painted doors and door frames • Previously painted windows and window frames • Gutters and downspouts • The metal frames on the exterior and interior of atrium at main entrance • The metal gates at the employees front and rear entrance areas • The metal gate on the N Street side of building that houses the generator • The metal gates at the Outside Recycle Dumpster area located in the alley • Previously painted HVAC vent grates
