Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Consultant will partner with Valley Water’s Project Manager (DPM) to implement Cityworks’ SaaS solution to 1) deliver industry best practices and process solutions, 2) reduce manual processes by leveraging workflow and automation capabilities, 3) provide citizens and District staff a user-friendly interface, 4) provide robust reporting and analytics, and 5) provide integrations and interactions with existing internal District applications and databases; including but not limited to Infor, MuniBilling, and other systems utilizing ESRI ArcGIS, Oracle Databases, and Oracle’s Application Express. Valley Water considers GIS integration to be a critical component within the overall system and mobile workflows.This project scope reflects the technical, functional and project management services for the overall implementation effort that Valley Water staff has determined necessary to successfully complete a Cityworks Implementation (Well Information and Permitting System) Project.The solution provider shall be fully responsible for implementation and configuration of Cityworks, in compliance with all RFP specifications and addenda and with subsequent vendor responses. This requirement shall include all the necessary integrations with existing software systems and any required data migration. The total quoted pricing must be inclusive of all required hardware, software, licensing, deliverables, project management, system analysis and design, training and knowledge transfer, required interfaces, system testing and tuning, documentation, data conversion, configurations, and other products and professional services required to fully implement the solution offered.
