Specifications include, but are not limited to: . Proposer will provide certified court reporting services as follows: a. Certified deposition transcripts and summaries will be delivered within ten (10) working days unless expedited service is requested. b. All depositions provided shall have been proofed and corrected prior to delivery. c. Deposition reporter shall arrive no less than ten (10) minutes early for the assignment in order to be prepared to start the depositions on time. d. Depositions summaries, when needed by requestor, shall be dictated promptly upon completion of the deposition. e. Proposer should have available at no additional charge, transcripts that have been reduced to a CD Rom. f. Proposer shall follow California’s Minimum Transcript Format Standards (MTFS) established by the Court Reporters Board of California; transcripts should contain no fewer than twenty-five (25) lines per page. g. Basic performance should adhere to the certification and/or licensing of Court Reporters issued by the State of California. h. Proposer must have the ability to make available a satellite office near WCABs for depositions in an effort to reduce traveling cost and increase convenience. i. Proposer must make certain that if an interpreter is required for a deposition, interpreter is state certified. j. Interpreter fees incurred for a deposition will be subject to bill review, and will be paid according to CCR 9795.3. 2. Proposer will provide certified videography services as follows: a. Video tape the witness(es) and/or subjects at the time and location specified by the requester using state of the art equipment. b. Videographers shall arrive on location at least one hour prior to the commencement of production, to provide adequate set-up time to test all necessary equipment and to ensure the successful completion of the assignment. c. Videographers should be certified by the American Guild of Court Videographers (AGCV) or the National Court Reporters Association (NCRA) d. Videographer will provide the requester the original recordings in a CD from which the Videographer will be able to edit at the requester’s requirements, should they so desire. e. Video CD will be delivered within ten (10) working days unless expedited service is requested.
