Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. With written approval by the Department on Disability (“DOD”) Management, additional steps may be added as the Contractor determines appropriate based upon their experience. At a minimum, the Contractor selected will be responsible for providing the services described below. However, all the services described below may not be included in every Work Order assigned to the Contractor. a. Conducting a self-evaluation of assigned public facilities, to include: i. Research, field data collection, and data analysis; ii. Coordinating the involvement of various stakeholders to include DOD management and staff, ADA Committee(s), disability advocacy groups, and the general public throughout the process; iii. Identifying accessibility to current programs and events, as well as establish procedures for addressing future accessibility issues; and iv. Providing management, monitoring, and tracking tools that will allow staff to manage current and future accessibility issues to programs and events, update the deficiency status, and generate reports to show progress in meeting the Self-Evaluation.
