The Commission is seeking a consultant to develop a single platform designed to manage data collection and streamline and automate processes for the Homeless Housing Innovations (HHI) Operations department. HHI Operations provides direct-client services specifically, case management and financial assistance to people who are at risk of or are currently experiencing homelessness in the City of San Diego. In addition, the department recruits landlords to house clients. Due to the differing customer base (landlords vs. clients) of these programs, HHI’s current database structure in Salesforce does not accommodate managing data on landlords, clients and multiple program enrollments for the clients served by the department.
