1. Provide technicians who possess and maintain current manufacturer certification on the Equipment throughout the term of the agreement. 2. Maintain the Equipment in good operational condition in accordance with original equipment manufacturer specifications during the term of this Contract. The agreement will cover the maintenance and as-needed repair service to the equipment with no additional charges for labor or travel. 3. Perform three (3) preventative maintenance services per year and as-needed repair services during the term of the agreement, inclusive of cleanings, adjustments, lubrications, and shall include all necessary manufacturer approved replacement parts. 4. Provide maintenance in support of the Anticipated Monthly Totals outlined in Exhibit B, Attachment 1, Cost Worksheet.
