Specifications include, but are not limited to: DFEH seeks a contractor to create a non-emergency information, resource, and reporting line and network for individuals and communities targeted for hate. This resource line and network will be referred to as the California vs. Hate Resource Line and Network (“CA vs. Hate Network” or the “Network.”) The Contractor will develop, implement, and operate care coordination services for the California vs. Hate Resource Line and Network. These services must be traumainformed and language-accessible for people who speak languages other than English. The Contractor must have experience with creating, developing, and managing care coordination services serving diverse communities. Diversity includes race, ethnicity, national origin, citizenship status, gender (including gender identity), sexual orientation, religion, disability, immigration status, and language ability.
