Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (hereafter referred to as “solicitation” or RFP) is to obtain proposals from qualified bidders and secure a Contractor (IT system integrator) to provide Maintenance & Operations and System Enhancement services for the California Vaccine Management Solution (CAVMS) at the California Department of Public Health (hereafter referred to as the “State” or CDPH). With this solicitation CDPH seeks the following services: 1) maintenance, monitoring, and updates to the CA-VMS platform comprising of three main systems (myCAvax, My Turn, and Digital Vaccine Record) as well as ancillary components (including, Virtual Assistant Tool (VAT), and Staff Remediation Tool (SRT)); 2) maintenance, monitoring, and updates to the data transfers and integrations between CA-VMS and other systems; 3) maintenance, monitoring, and updates to reporting and analytics tools, reports, and dashboards in various platforms (Tableau, Snowflake, ADF); 4) production support and clinic/public operations services; 5) ensuring the CA-VMS platform adheres to CDPH Information Privacy and Security requirements; 6) system enhancements and updated functionalities based on future immunization requirements or statutory mandates; 7) training; 8) stakeholder communications; and 9) delivery of seamless customer experience for Local Health Departments, Providers, public, and CDPH users.
