Specifications include, but are not limited to: The College of Engineering and Computer Science (ECS) proposes a new Engineering and Computer Science Innovation Hub to provide much-needed space for the ECS program. The new facility will provide lecture and upper-division lab stations to meet current student enrollment. It will also house storage, student support space, and other teaching stations. The project will construct a new approximately 150,000 GSF multistory building. The construction budget is approximately $50 million, with a total project budget of $67.5 million. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to solicit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified architectural/engineering firms for professional design services, including all required subconsultants, landscape, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, acoustical, audio/visual, branding/signage, and interiors, related to this project.
