Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide completely all labor, materials, supervision, transportation, all new equipment/tools, carts, flat carts, tubs, brooms (commercial type only), dust mops, mops, mop handles, mob buckets/wringers, dust pans, spray bottles, putty knives, door stops, buckets/pails, dusters, brushes, wet floor signs, sponges microfiber cloths, etc, and supplies necessary to maintain the facility in a clean and sanitary condition in accordance with County standards, conditions, and methods as well as approval/disapproval of all personnel set forth herein. Contractor shall not submit any additional invoices and or charges for the items listed above to the County. The County (County representative, COR, Preventive Maintenance Coordinator/Facilities) shall have the right to approve or reject the cleaning methods, materials, supplies and equipment to be used by the Contractor.
