Renovation of two (2) theatres under Phase 2: Little Theatre (located at Humanities Hall) and Nixon Theatre (located at Sculpture and Ceramics Studio) includes selective demolition of existing finishes, providing new interior finishes at floors/walls/ceilings with acoustical treatment, providing accessibility upgrades, replacing new theatre seating including accessible seating, and providing stage light connectors and replacing stage lighting grids and audience area lighting, and reorganizing dressing room spaces. Renovation of Winifred Smith Hall includes selective demolition of existing finishes, providing new interior finishes at walls/ceilings with acoustical treatment, refinishing the stage floor, replacing new theatre seating including accessible seating, replacing stage and audience area lighting, and reorganizing dressing room spaces.
