3.1 Secure Host Sites and Internships Placements • Secure and confirm a minimum of 15 ICT, 35 EAA and 100 HSMT paid internship opportunities per summer, totaling at least 150 internships each summer. • Document the geographical accessibility (5-mile radius) of all internships to the student’s home or school. • Identify and document each site’s intern supervisor name and contact information. • Maintain all program compliance and evaluation documentation as described in this scope of work during the internship and furnish to LAUSD upon request. 3.2 Internship Placements Documentation (optional if only securing placements and not placing students) • Detailed roster of all internship placements for each summer (Summer 2025 and Summer 2026), submitted no later than two weeks prior to the start of the internship period. This roster must include: o Full student name o Student LAUSD ID number o School of attendance o Internship host site name and contact information o Specific job duties and responsibilities o Agreed-upon compensation rate (hourly or stipend) and expected total earnings o Total expected hours of work o Clear alignment with the student's CTE industry sector and Linked Learning pathway o Verification of internship being paid (either by host employer or via LAUSD payroll) o Confirmation of geographic proximity to student’s home or school (e.g., address, distance calculation)
