Scope of Work to be Performed 2.1 Project Kickoff & Research • Meet with City officials and stakeholders to understand operational needs, site considerations, and vision for the facility. • Review available site information and conduct any necessary preliminary research. 2.2 Conceptual Design • Develop at least one (1) preliminary conceptual design option based on feedback from the City and stakeholders. • Provide initial space planning recommendations and layout considerations. • Ensure designs align with best practices for modern law enforcement facilities. 2.3 Concept Art & Visual Renderings • Create high-quality visual renderings of the proposed concepts to aid in community engagement and funding outreach. • Deliver digital and print-ready versions of all renderings and design materials.
