Specifications include, but are not limited to: Develop a Position Description Questionnaire (PDQ) to ensure a structure method of collecting data on current job content for each classification (ease of completion by applicant is a key expectation). 2. Based on number of budgeted positions per classification, recommend appropriate sample size for each classification. CITY will identify specific incumbents to complete the PDQ. 3. Develop instructions on completing the PDQ and conduct 3-5 orientation sessions to distribute, explain how to complete PDQ, and answer questions from employees and managers. 4. Participate in discussions (conference calls) with CITY senior management by job series or department to understand business needs, as needed
