Specifications include, but are not limited to: Flanagan Field • Strip and off haul approximately 15,500 square feet of existing infield mix to a depth of 7 inches. • Fill, grade, and compact the area with new topsoil. • Install new irrigation, including 3 valves, and all laterals and heads to ensure that newly added grass area will have adequate irrigation coverage. • Supply and install new regular cut, big roll sod to match existing grass species on site. • The new infield area will become a 60-foot radius pulled from the new pitching rubber location. • Existing infield mix will be blended, graded, and compacted to ensure smooth finish with new sod and ensure uniform playability. Madsen Field • Strip and off haul approximately 8,000 square feet of existing outfield grass. • Fill, grade, and compact the area with infield mix to match existing infield. • The new infield areas will accommodate 90-foot base path field dimensions. • Existing infield mix will be blended, graded, and compacted to ensure smooth finish with new infield mix and ensure uniform playability.
