Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Contractor Shall provide services to the County during the regular business hours Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. (Pacific standard Time), excluding all County holidays, unless otherwise arranged via email with the County staff. 2) Contractor shall be responsible for all labor, tools, and equipment to provide monitoring, maintenance, and repair service for the burglar and fire alarm systems. 3) Burglary and fire alarm systems shall be monitored 24/7 by Contractor’s Central Station Monitoring facilities. 4) Contractor shall perform troubleshooting, and provide maintenance, repairs and/or replacement of components to the existing intrusion alarm system as needed. This shall include alarm control panels, keypads, back up-battery, I/O modules, sensors, relays, switches and any other parts/components needed for the proper operation of the system
