Specifications include, but are not limited to: Demolition work shall include removal and disposal of three buildings,internal rooms and partitions, bank vault, garbage or debris within the building, removal of treesand other landscaping, existing fences and walls, irrigation systems, underground and surfaceutilities and appurtenances internal or external to the structures, concrete slab and asphalt concrete pavement, the removal and disposal of all demolished materials in an acceptable and legal manner outside the property, and preparing and implementing a storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) . The contract includes any other work as specified in the Contract Documents, and as directed by the City Engineer.
