Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County of Orange (County) Health Care Agency (HCA) is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to provide year-round emergency shelter services for the Bridges at Kraemer Place Emergency Shelter. The primary goal of this program is to continue to provide trauma informed emergency shelter services focusing on shelter stabilization and support services that assist participants in obtaining permanent housing. The program will provide high quality services to meet the complex needs of those experiencing homelessness. The main component of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the selection of an operator of the Bridges at Kraemer Place Emergency Shelter (Bridges) facility located at 1000 N. Kraemer Place, Anaheim, California. Bridges plays a role within the Homeless Services System of Care within Orange County and has been actively operating for three (3) years. Bridges will continue to serve persons experiencing homelessness in the North Service Planning Area of Orange County. The shelter is designed to support up to 200 individuals.
