Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Pico Rivera is seeking qualified consultants to provide professional engineering services to develop a feasibility study for the Historic Whittier Boulevard Bridge Bike/Pedestrian Bridge, NonCIP 30056. The Project is state-funded and services must primarily comply with the guidelines from Prop 68 Rivers and Mountain Conservancy guidelines. The City is seeking consultants with extensive general civil, environmental and structural engineering experience. The firms should have knowledge of the City/County Standards as well as knowledge of Caltrans design procedures, Caltrans LAPM, Caltrans Local Assistance Program Guidelines (LAPG), Caltrans Standard Plans and Specifications, and State regulatory requirements.
