The services Contractor shall perform consists of, but is not limited to, the following: Removal and Disposal of Existing Access Control Equipment After installation of the new system, securely wipe, scrub, erase, clean, remove, and delete all data from the hard drives on all existing equipment, computers, servers, desktops, etc. Remove and dispose all old and existing badging security equipment. Prior to removing the old system, the Contractor shall ensure all data has been removed from the system and compliant with DGS Enterprise Technology Solutions/Information Security Office (ETS/ISO) procedures on sanitizing media and/or purging. Set-Up and Badging Installation Services 1. Contractor shall perform a site audit to ensure current naming convention per badge reader, loading dock, and garage doors are currently functioning (no repairs to be made). 2. Prior to system replacement Contractor shall back-up the existing C-CURE system and provide a copy to the FMD Contract Administrator or FMD Designated Representative. 3. Contractor shall replace the existing single C-CURE 800 Model 20 Standalone on-site security access system software and provide and install a new Standalone on-site C-CURE 9000 Series Q system version 2.9. 4. Contractor shall create a new database and import accurate and current cardholder access requirements from the C-CURE 800 Model 20 system. 5. Contractor shall update C-CURE Database with updated cardholder users’ information, provided by the FMD Contract Administrator or FMD Designated Representative.
