Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project consists of removal and replacement of 220 feet of Proto II wall, footing, pilaster, and caps at two separate locations in close geographic proximity. The Proto II wall is to be reconstructed per plans and specifications. Construction cost to include any cost associated with working around existing utilities that may include gas, electric, water, and sewer. Price to include removal and replacement of wall and footing, protection and sleeves of underground utilities within wall footing, removal and replacement of pilaster, restore irrigation and plantings to preconstruction state. Contractor responsible for creating and submitting for approval a traffic control plan and providing traffic and pedestrian control measures during construction.
