Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of General Services, Procurement Division (DGS-PD) is providing the opportunity for all interested Suppliers to participate in this RFI in support of the upcoming solicitation for Assessment and Monitoring (A&M) Services for Disaster Debris and Hazard Tree Removal Master Service Agreement (MSA). The intent of the MSA is to establish a streamlined procurement process for A&M Services for Disaster Debris and Hazard Tree Removal that will be mandatory for the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services (CalOES) and the California Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle) to use for emergency and non-emergency disasters, and can be optionally utilized by all California State Agencies and Local Governmental Agencies, referred to collectively as “User Agency” or “User Agencies”. The MSA will allow User Agencies to obtain assessment and monitoring services of disaster debris and hazard tree removal in public or private property debris removal missions for major disasters (i.e., wildfire, earthquake, mudslide, flood, etc.). These services may be funded by federal funds directed by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
