Specifications include, but are not limited to: This is the City’s solicitation process to acquire Design-Build services for a Design-Build project to resurface approximately 5.29 miles of existing roadway with asphalt concrete pavement, approximately 75 curb ramp installation, subgrade repairs, replacement of cross gutters, installation of pedestrian barricades, installation or relocation of pedestrian push buttons, remove and replace sidewalk and curb/gutters, raising appurtenances and survey monuments to grade, remove/replace striping, bike lane striping street sweeping, and replacing vehicle detector loops and stubs. The scope also includes the assessment, design, and construction of approximately 19 curb return corners for curb ramp installation and Engineered Traffic Control.
