The City of San Diego’s Economic Development Department (EDD) strives to provide efficient and effective service to the public and other City departments at reasonable costs. The City is seeking as-needed consultants for real estate consulting services (“Work”), to perform professional and technical expertise on an as-needed basis in the following six focus areas, to maximize opportunities for the benefit of, and on behalf of, the City, under the direction of EDD: (1) Real Estate Broker Services, (2) Property Management Services, (3) Due Diligence Services, (4) Real Property Management Plan – Data Collection and Reporting Services, (5) Lease Administration, and (6) Acquisition and Right-of-Way (“ROW”) Services (“Focus Areas”). The City may seek services on City-owned and non City-owned real estate. The City may select more than one (1) Respondent to provide services in each of the Focus Areas. Each Respondent may submit a response for one or more of the six Focus Areas and shall clearly state and explain which Focus Area(s) are included in the response.
