Contractor to provide alarm monitoring service, including associated fire alarms) at various locations inWill Rogers State Historic Park, Los Encinos State Historic Park, Pio Pico State Historic Park, Baldwin HillsScenic Overlook, Los Angeles State Historic Park and Topanga State Park as set forth in Exhibit A, Attachment 1. If the alarm company is not receiving alarm communications, the contractor will notify theproject manager (State Representative) of the contract within 24 hours of notification. Contractor will provide up to fifty (50) service calls through the term of the contract and at the rate(s) defined underExhibit B, Attachment 1. Contractor will allow up to one (1) hour per service call, not including parts duringnormal business hours. Should additional time be necessary the Contractor must advise the StateRepresentative. Contractor to respond within 24 hours from the time the request for service is made. Thisprovision for service calls is not part of the Contractor's requirement to set up and end connectivity inconnection with the term of the agreement. No additional consideration beyond monthly payment forservice will be given for starting or ending connectivity. Contractor shall not have more than one monthly invoice for the contract, as established in Exhibit B. Monitoring company is not allowed to lock the panels with lock codes. The RPS code is controlled by theState. Contractor shall comply with all safety regulations and complete work to the satisfaction of Department ofParks and Recreation staff. The State does not guarantee minimum usage of any service. CONTRACTOR SHALL POSSES A VALID ALARM COMPANY OPERATOR LICENSE AND A VALID C-10 LICENSE.
