The surveys must identify chemical concentrations of air contaminants to which CALPIA employees are exposed to during the scope of their employment responsibilities. The surveys will ensure compliance with California Code of Regulations, California Health and Safety Code, Code of Federal Regulations, and applicable air quality standards set by County Districts and CARB. A. The ensuing contract will be available statewide for all CALPIA correctional facility locations and their enterprises. CALPIA may award multiple contracts to ensure coverage for both the Northern and Central California regions. B. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, including travel and per diem, materials, nonconsumable supplies, parking fees and bridge tolls, insurance, transportation, equipment and every other item of expense necessary to perform services. C. The Contractor is required to provide a minimum of 51% of the staffing/labor for the services detailed herein, including project contact and lead person for services where a subcontractor may be used.
