Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractors not complying with the following requirements shall be considered nonresponsive. Contractor shall be a Hobart, Traulsen, Baxter brand authorized dealer/distributor. Contractor shall provide a current copy of return policy and insure the application of an existing return and/or exchange policy, consistent with conventional retail sales. Contractor shall accept all returns of products in full cases. Contractor shall provide volume discounts when applicable. Contractor shall also notify County of any “Opportunity Buys” or “Special Deal” pricing at the time the order is placed. Contractor shall not require minimum quantity and/or cost per order. County does not intend to place multiple small orders but small orders may occassionally be necessary. Contractor shall notify the County’s department coordinator, within three (3) working days of any stock deficiencies. Contractor shall notify County in writing of any changes in orders placed and shall wait for County to pre-approve these order changes in writing prior to shippment of merchandise. (i.e. order quantities, packaging, etc.).
