Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Obtain building permit from Mendocino County. Building permit fees are waived. 2. Develop a logistics plan showing lay down area(s) required for the crane and scope of work. Provide a schedule with dates and times of operations for approval by the County and to allow notifications of the buildings occupants. 3. Coordinate with County of Mendocino and City of Ukiah for crane access. Crane shall have current annual certification. 4. Safe off all services to the HVAC unit. Cut and cap in preparation of unit removal and replacement. 5. Uninstall, remove and properly dispose of existing HVAC unit from the roof. 6. Install replacement unit, owned by the County located in the Facilities and Fleet Division yard (851 Low Gap Rd.). County will load unit onto Contractor’s flatbed truck at the County’s yard for Contractor’s delivery to job site. Include all work required for a complete installation and start-up. 7. Mount unit on existing curbs and flash any penetrations per SMACNA approved details. Provide PT sleepers and galvanized sheet metal cap as required for unit placement and a complete water tight installation. 8. Connect unit to existing ducts. Make any modifications to existing duct connections as required to complete the installation. Provide new Ductmate Proflex or approved equal flexible duct connections at both supply and return ducts. 9. Provide new electric service disconnect switch and convenience outlet (if none exists) to meet current code requirements and make all connections required for complete operation. 10. Connect to existing gas pipe, provide new flexible connection and gas shut off valve
