Page 6 of 12 Rehabilitation and/or New Development: Respondents are required to undertake a thorough rehabilitation of the existing site to address all identified deficiencies and improve the overall quality, safety, sustainability, and functionality of the housing units. This comprehensive rehabilitation effort will entail a professional examination of existing structures, systems, and amenities, followed by strategic improvements to significantly improve the property's condition, and extend the useful life.
