The overall project shall consist of but is not limited to providing all labor, supervision, power, equipment, and supplies for the construction of the Ayala Park Improvements Project Phase 1B, including all related site improvements as identified in the contract documents, technical specifications and approved plans, as well as all support site improvements, complete and in place, for the Lump Sum price. As indicated on the plans this project consists of four phases. Phase 1 Softball Fields 1-4 Improvements is the base bid. Phase 2: APOC Improvements, Phase 3: Multi-Use Trail Improvements, and Phase 4: Path of Travel Improvements are additive alternate bid items. Each phase will require a separate quoted price and the contractor must be prepared to complete all four phases within the allotted number of working days.
