A. Contractor shall provide and deliver batteries to NCTD-designated locations on an as-needed basis, within five (5) business days once an order is placed. B. Contractor shall furnish all trucks, trailers, equipment, tools, resources, apparatus, facilities, transportation, labor and materials necessary to furnish the materials described herein. C. Contractor must provide NCTD with proof of compliance, upon request, of relevant local, state, and federal laws/regulations, and contractor must notify NCTD of any changes, updates, amendments, and modifications in relevant regulations, laws, statutes and policies. D. The delivery hours at each facility are listed below.
