The purpose of this contract isto provide professional environmentalservices and technicalsupport to the County of San Diego (County) Department of Public Works Environmental Services Unit (DPW-ESU) on an as-needed basis. Consultant will act at the direction of DPW-ESU staff. Majority of this work will be performed in Consultant's office or in the field. Consultant will have at least one qualified employee from permanent staff to perform adjunct staff support services and who meets the qualifications/classification requirements of a Land Use/Environmental Planner (LUEP) I or II, available on an on-call basis, to work virtually, in DPW-ESU’s office at the County, or in the field. DPW-ESU may require assistance at a level of a LUEP III or LUEP Manager, as applicable.
