Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Contractor shall maintain and make available to CDSS the following: a. An online service, which provides: (1) Up to date monthly inspection log notifications to the CDSS Health and Safety Section (HSS) and the designated field office emergency coordinator of past due AED and equipment inspections. Notifications shall be via e-mail. (2) The Incident Summary Form b. An online database, which provides up to date tracking of: (1) AED components, expiration dates of batteries, and AED pads (2) AED units statewide by location and serial number (3) Staff trainings at each CDSS field office location (4) Staff certifications and expirations (5) CDSS statewide incident reports (6) CDSS statewide monthly report
