28' Brunswick 280 Justice Vessel 1. Contractor shall provide County the One Time Purchase and Delivery of one (1) 28’ Brunswick 280 Justice Vessel model 280JST with unsinkable hull, made utilizing a commercial fiberglass self-bailing hull with scuppers as requested by the Sheriff-Coroner Department. All Contractor’s items shall be in new, not used condition. Contractor shall utilize the specifications as listed below or its equivalent 2. Contract shall add deck braces to bow area PORT & STBD 4. Contractor shall Upgrade all cleats to 10" stainless cleats. Add ne 10" cleat at bow, 1 PR between bow & mid, & move aft cleats to top of gunnel 5. Contractor shall add 12V defroster to H/T for windshield interior 6. Contract shall add laptop shelf to top of dash (visor replacement) with 12V power outlet 7. Contractor shall add hull bow protection brace (replace bow rollers) 8. Contractor shall maintain all Federal , State, and local permits, and approvals necessary to provide services required for manufacturing and /or selling a 38’ Aluminum Interdiction Vessel or its equivalent. 9. Contractor shall deliver one (1) 28’ Brunswick 280 Justice Vessel model 280JST during regular business hours 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM pacific standard time (PST) Monday through Friday. Delivery must be done as soon as possible but no later than 365 days from execution of this contract.
