• Contractor shall have staffing resources for the Secretary of State’s headquarters located at: 1500 11th Street, Sacramento, CA 95814. • Contractor shall provide single point of contact to communicate staffing needs, staffing issues, or other necessary communications. • Contractor shall ensure staff are informed in advance of the general nature of the work, consisting primarily of answering/returning live phone calls. • Contractor shall provide an initial roster of staff and make every reasonable effort to provide a continual and consistent roster as requested to maintain full staffing. • Contractor shall ensure that the specified number of workers are on site and ready to begin work on time each day by making reasonable efforts to reconfirm staff availability and minimize no shows.
