Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Irvine (“City”) is launching a new On-Call Program for various important professional services intended to replace the City’s Consultant Team Program. The full 2024 On-Call Program Request for Proposal (RFP) process will be conducted on a quinquennial basis. If additional consultants are needed, the City will perform an update process occurring after the first and/or second years of the three-year contract term. It is the City's intent to establish a team structure of consultant firms. This 2024 On-Call Program RFP is intended to establish new contracts for a three-year term, commencing approximately April 1, 2024, with an optional two-year extension. Upon review of the City’s forecasted projects for this term, the 2024 On-Call Program is comprised of eight professional categories with a total of thirty-seven specialty areas. The professional categories and specialty areas are as listed in RFP Document. Reference attached RFP Document for complete Scope of Services. NOTE: Only firms who have registered and downloaded the RFP document from the City’s website (BidsOnline system) may submit a proposal. Failure to download the documents from the City’s BidsOnline system shall result in the proposal being deemed non-responsive. Proposal Submittal: Proposals must be submitted electronically via the City’s BidsOnline system as set forth in the RFP document. (Proposals submitted by any other method such as hard copy or email will be disqualified.)
