Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Bar code and inventory files prior to initial transport from CalGEM District office to the storage facility. The inventory file will need to include the category of file (i.e. well log file). 2. Perform a pick up and transport of seven-thousand and one-hundred (7,100) boxes of files from the Department District office to the Contractor’s storage facility. a. Boxes of files shall be picked up and transported during the hours of 8:30 AM through 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, as agreed upon by the Department Project Representative. 3. Permanent non-palletized storage for five-thousand (5,000) boxes of files. 4. Permanent non-palletized storage in a climate-controlled space (60-80°F) for two-thousand and one-hundred (2,100) well log file boxes.
