Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Scalability. System needs to be flexible to accommodate large (up to 550 users) or small elections (below 550), where the number of Vote Centers and staff will vary. For the March 2020 election, the RR/CC needs the ability to add approximately 1,100 locations (Vote Centers) and assign multiple employees to multiple locations based on roles and periods (location, users, duration, staff assignment). 2. Auto-Assignment. System must have the ability to automatically assign workers to specific locations throughout the voting period for flexibility and manageability, based on configurable rules. These rules include but are not limited to: a. Groups b. Roles c. Shift hours b. Location c. Overtime limits d. Shift blocking 3. Views. Customize views based on the unique need depending upon permissions including, but not limited to: a. Worker View i. Assigned Schedule ii. Assigned Location
