The units will be 65% studio, 34% 1-bedrooms, and a 2-bedroom unit for an on-site property manager. The ground floor will house resident services offices, shared common areas, a wellness clinic (TI space), and a secure outdoor courtyard. A second floor will provide a community laundry room and terrace and residential units.
