Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Public Employment Relations Board is looking for approximately 17,633 nusf of office space in the City of Sacramento, plus 10 parking spaces; Buildings submitted must: 1) Be Asbestos Hazard-free upon occupancy; 2) Accommodate State plans, specifications, seismic safety, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable codes (California Building Code & Title 24); 3) Be close to public transportation; and 4) Comply with Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise requirements.
