Description

The City of Oceanside is soliciting bids for the procurement and installation of a replacement video wall display system within the Transportation Management Center (TMC) of the City of Oceanside. This comprehensive project encompasses a complete turnkey product including the installation and integration of the TMC Video Wall Display System, data cabling, generation of record drawings, provision of training services, and successful completion of other specified tasks as outlined in the Technical Specifications. Please see the RFP for more detailed information. The City invites sealed bids and will receive such bids in the offices of and addressed to Oceanside City Clerk, 300 North Coast Highway, Oceanside, CA 92054, up to the hour of 10am, the 29th day of February, 2024, at which time they will be publicly opened. Bids shall be written clearly and legibly in conformance with the Instructions to Bidders and submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside “SEALED BID FOR TMC Video Wall Replacement, CIP23-00022 – DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL.”
