The Consultant shall furnish all tools, equipment, apparatus, facilities, labor services, and materials and perform all work necessary to maintain traffic signal facilities in a good and operational manner at the locations listed herein.
This maintenance shall be extended to include future signal installations at the agreed upon unit contract price. The Consultant may be required to assist in the final inspection of any new installation at a per hour cost at the direction of the City. Any new installation will be identified in a separate agreement.
All work performed or equipment or parts supplied by the Consultant shall be subjected to inspection and approval of the Public Works Director or their authorized representative.
These services will be performed in compliance with CITY standards, CITY specifications, Caltrans Standards and/or Construction Manual, The Standard Plans for Public Works Construction and The Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction (“Latest Edition”).
