Description

The City of Santa Clarita is seeking proposals for the performance of all aspects of the operations and management of the City’s Ice and Entertainment Center. The successful proposer shall act as an operator and will be expected to provide all staffing, equipment, amenities, routine maintenance, repairs and services for the complete operation of the Ice and Entertainment Center. See appendix A in section D for a list of existing assets within the facility.

The proposal shall be signed by an individual authorized to bind the Proposer, shall contain a statement to the effect that the proposal is a firm offer for a 120-day period, and shall contain a statement that the proposed work will be performed at the “not-to-exceed” price. This will include all deliverables and meeting attendance as laid out in the scope of work.
