Description

Sweetwater Authority (Authority) is seeking on-call contracts with Traffic Control Services contractors to assist the Authority on an on-call basis to support its traffic control plans and permits, flaggers, and rental of equipment for scheduled, unscheduled, and emergency traffic control services as required. The Authority invites businesses to provide a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ), including hourly rates as a stand-alone document, in response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), listing its qualifications to provide Traffic Control Services including the tasks described in the scope of work (Section C).

The Authority encourages participation by local, small, and/or disadvantaged businesses.

SOQs in response to this RFQ are due to Adam Brugman, Distribution Manager, at abrugman@sweetwater.org by 4:00 p.m. on March 29, 2024. Proposals submitted after this deadline will not be considered.

Provide one electronic copy of the SOQ and one electronic copy of the Contractor's Response Form, both in PDF. The PDF electronic copies of the SOQ and response form shall be submitted by email to the attention of Adam Brugman at abrugman@sweetwater.org. If the file(s) containing the proposal are larger than 10 megabytes, send Mr. Brugman an email no later than 4:00 p.m. on March 27, 2024, requesting a secure file transfer invitation using the Authority’s secure file transfer system, “Send-It”.
