Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed package, as addressed below, clearly identifying the Consultant making the submission. The package must be marked as “CONFIDENTIAL – HOMESHARE AND COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS PROGRAM”. Two copies of the proposal are required. The Consultant is responsible for all costs incurred in preparing and submitting a proposal.
